Membership FAQ

Can I share my membership with my spouse or partner?
Absolutely! Your first float in the month is covered with your $79 monthly recurring charge, and any additional float in your month is just $69.

Will my floats roll over?
All member floats will expire 90 days from purchase. If you can’t make it in for the month, you’re welcome to gift your float to a friend, or save it for when you’re ready.

Can I use my credit on Hyperbaric Sessions?
Absolutely! Adding a Hyperbaric Session to your routine will make you feel amazing.

What kind of discount will I get on retail?
We are happy to offer our members 10% off regular priced retail products.

What happens if I need to cancel?
We ask for a 3 month commitment with any membership. After that, just let us know you need to pause or cancel your membership by phone. Any unused credits on your account will expire 30 days after pausing or cancelling your membership.

What if I am currently on the original membership model?
Your membership price will be good as long as you are a member in good standing. If you need to pause or cancel your old membership, we will invite you to join our current membership program when you return.

How do I get my free birthday float?
When your big day rolls around, please let us know and we will add a service to your profile.
